Letter of invitation

Upon request, the Event Mediation Office will provide a letter of invitation if it will help participants to obtain permission from their professional organizations, secure travel funds or obtain a visa. Consulates and embassies often take a long time to process a visa request; therefore, we suggest that participants request an invitation letter as soon as possible. To request an invitation letter, please send an email to the Conference Office via the contact page with the following information

1) Your full names as they appear in your passport
2) Your date of birth
3) Your current address
4) Name of your current organization or university and your current position.

Invitation letters will be sent by email to requesting individuals or groups who have fully completed their conference registration and NOT to the embassy or consulate.

Please note that you will be asked to pay a processing fee for the invitation letter. This fee will be used to cover the cost of processing your official invitation letter to attend the in-person conference.

It will take up to ten working days to process your request.
